The hotel has a great location that's super convenient for exploring Bangkok, especially being so close to the BTS station. However, I was disappointed with the room's lack of windows and some maintenance issues, like the room needing better cleaning. The staff were really helpful, but the amenities left a bit to be desired, especially the pool area next to the parking lot.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a room without windows, which totally surprised me when I woke up. It felt smaller and less inviting without natural light. The room was clean but definitely sparse, with some lights not working.
Service
8.0
The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving me early check-in and storing my bags when I traveled around. They were attentive and made my stay more enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The location is a huge plus, just a 5-minute walk to Ratchathewi BTS and close to places like Siam Square and MBK. It made getting around super easy.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was pretty basic with just a few choices, but everything was fresh and tasted good. Still, it wasn’t anything special.
Facilities

The pool was quite small and felt uncomfortable as it was right next to the car park. The overall amenities didn't impress me much.

I recently stayed at Siam Swana for a few nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic with easy access to the BTS and nearby amenities, but I faced some issues with my room. The cleanliness could be better, and the lack of windows in some rooms was surprising. Overall, it was a convenient place but had its drawbacks.

Rooms
6.0
I found the room smaller than expected, and the absence of windows made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The air-conditioning seemed outdated and not very effective. However, it was clean and well-decorated.
Service
8.0
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference during my stay. They even allowed for early check-in.
Location

The hotel's location is great, with the BTS just a few blocks away. I could easily hop on to explore the city and it was close to shopping malls and restaurants.
Dining
6.0
While there were some dining options nearby like 7-11 and street food, I found the breakfast offerings at the hotel limited. It wasn't a highlight of my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was quite small and not very relaxing, especially being adjacent to the entrance. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more charging sockets available.

I had a mixed experience at Siam Swana. While the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Ratchathewi BTS and surrounded by good eateries, I was disappointed with my room, which had no windows. The service was helpful, but the facilities, including the pool, left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
My room was without windows, which was a surprise and definitely something I wouldn't choose again. While it was clean, I found it too dim and average overall. The bed was comfortable, though, and the bathroom was nice.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating; they allowed early check-in and helped with my bags. However, I had some difficulty locating the hotel initially, as the driver couldn't find it right away.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was definitely a highlight for me. It's close to the BTS station and has a 7-11 just across the street, making it really convenient. Plus, there are plenty of food stalls nearby for late-night snacks.
Dining
5.0
While I enjoyed trying local street food, the hotel's dining options were too limited for my taste. I found it better to explore the surrounding eateries instead of relying on the hotel for meals.
Facilities
5.0
The pool was quite small and not as inviting as I had hoped. I didn't spend much time there, as it seemed like an afterthought compared to other hotel amenities.

My stay at Siam Swana had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the skytrain, but the room I stayed in had its drawbacks, particularly a lack of windows which made it feel quite dim. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which added a nice touch to my experience, but I wish the room quality had been better overall.

Rooms
6.0
I opted for a room with little natural light and it was quite sparse. While the space was large enough for my group, I found the lack of windows and somewhat uncomfortable pillows disappointing.
Service
8.0
The staff were really nice and helpful, always ready to assist with my luggage and other needs, making my experience more enjoyable.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near lots of food options and shopping, just a few minutes from the BTS, making it very convenient for getting around Bangkok.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options included local treats like fresh soy milk and Chinese dough, but I didn’t find the selection particularly enticing.
Facilities
6.0
The small swimming pool is located next to the entrance, which doesn’t create a relaxing environment, but it was useful for a quick dip after long days out.

My stay at Siam Swana was quite pleasant overall. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby shopping areas, but the breakfast options left much to be desired. Additionally, while the rooms were stylish and clean, they were a bit sparse and lacked natural light, which can make things feel a bit cramped.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was clean and nicely decorated, but it was smaller than I expected and had no windows, which I didn't realize at the time (it made for a quieter stay, though!). It did have enough storage space and was comfortable enough for my needs.
Service
7.0
The service at the hotel was generally good; the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check out late without extra charge, which was a nice touch. However, some interactions felt a bit lacking in warmth, which I've experienced more commonly in Thailand.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic for getting around Bangkok, just a short walk to the Ratchathewi metro and close to BTS, making traveling really convenient. There were also plenty of food options outside the hotel, including a 7-11 nearby.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite underwhelming, consisting of just a fried egg, a piece of bread, and a banana (I would recommend grabbing food from nearby street stalls instead!). While there were decent coffee places close by, the dining could definitely use some improvements.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered a few nice facilities, including a small swimming pool and an onsite massage service (which I sadly didn't have time to use). Overall, the amenities were decent for the price I paid.
